Terms & Conditions

Last updated: January 2026

1. Introduction and acceptance

These terms govern your use of the Phase Padel Academy website and any courses, private sessions, corporate events or coaching packages you book with us. By making a booking or using this site, you confirm you've read and agreed to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site or book a session.

2. Our services

Phase Padel Academy provides padel coaching in Reading, Berkshire. Our services include the First Serve beginner course, Rally Builders intermediate course, Match Ready advanced course, private 1-to-1 coaching, and private corporate and group events, all as described on our homepage. We reserve the right to update pricing, coaches or session content, and will let anyone already booked know if their course is affected.

3. Bookings and payment

A place on any course or session is only secured once payment is received. Group courses are paid in full at the point of booking. Private and corporate sessions require a 25% non-refundable deposit at booking, with the balance due 48 hours before the session. We accept UK debit and credit cards and bank transfer, and all prices are in GBP and inclusive of VAT where applicable.

4. Cancellations and rescheduling

You can cancel or move a booking up to 48 hours before your session for a full refund or free transfer to another date. Cancellations inside 48 hours, and no-shows, are non-refundable but we'll do our best to offer a paid rebook if space allows. If we ever have to cancel a session (for example due to court damage), you'll get a full refund or a free reschedule — your choice.

5. On-court conduct and safety

Padel is a safe, sociable sport, but players still need to look after themselves and each other. You agree to wear appropriate court shoes, follow coach instructions, respect other players and the venue, and let us know before your first session about any injuries or medical conditions that could affect play. We may ask anyone behaving unsafely or abusively to leave, without refund.

6. Liability and insurance

Sport carries inherent risks and you take part at your own risk. Phase Padel Academy carries public liability insurance, but we recommend you have your own personal accident cover. Nothing in these terms limits our liability where UK law does not allow us to do so — including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

7. Website content and intellectual property

All text, images, logos and course names on this site are owned by or licensed to Phase Padel Academy. You're welcome to view and share the site, but please don't copy, republish or use our content commercially without written permission.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be handled by the courts of England and Wales.
