Phase Padel Academy is the data controller for personal information collected through this website and our bookings. You can reach us using the contact details at the bottom of this page.

We collect information you give us directly — your name, email address, phone number, preferred course, preferred start date, and any message you add to the enquiry form — plus a small amount of technical information (such as your device type and pages viewed) via cookies and analytics.

We use your details to respond to enquiries, confirm and manage your bookings, keep you updated about sessions you've paid for, and — only if you opt in — send occasional emails about new courses, tournaments and academy news. Every marketing email includes a one-click unsubscribe link.

We rely on your consent for marketing emails, on the performance of a contract for bookings you make with us, and on our legitimate interests (running and improving our academy) for basic analytics and service communications. You can withdraw consent at any time.

Enquiry-only records are kept for 12 months from your last contact. Booking and payment records are kept for 7 years to meet UK accounting and tax requirements. Marketing subscribers are kept on file until they unsubscribe.

We share the minimum necessary data with trusted service providers who help us run the academy — typically a payment processor to take card payments, an email delivery provider to send confirmations, and a hosting provider for this website. We never sell your data.

Under UK GDPR you can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, object to how we use it, or ask us to restrict processing. To make a request, just email us. If you're unhappy with our response, you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
