Accepted payment methods
We accept all major UK debit and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and UK bank transfer for corporate bookings. All card payments are processed securely by a PCI-DSS compliant payment provider — we never see or store your full card details.
Prices and VAT
All prices shown on the website are in Pounds Sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of UK VAT where applicable. A VAT receipt is available on request for corporate customers.
Group courses
First Serve, Rally Builders and Match Ready courses are paid in full at the point of booking. Your place is only confirmed once payment has cleared. Trial drop-in sessions must also be paid at booking.
Private and corporate sessions
Private 1-to-1 coaching and corporate/group events require a 25% non-refundable deposit at booking. The remaining balance is due no later than 48 hours before the session, and we'll send an automatic reminder with a secure payment link.
Failed or late payments
If a scheduled balance payment fails or is not received by the 48-hour deadline, we may release your slot to the waiting list. We'll always try to contact you first before doing so.
Security
Card payments are handled entirely by our payment provider over an encrypted connection. Phase Padel Academy does not store card numbers, CVCs or expiry dates on our own systems.
