Refund Policy

We want every player to feel confident booking with us. This policy sets out when you can cancel, reschedule or get a refund on any Phase Padel Academy booking.

You can cancel up to 7 days before your course start date for a full refund, or reschedule to the next available intake at no cost. Cancellations between 7 days and 48 hours before the start date receive a 50% refund or a free transfer to the next intake. Cancellations inside 48 hours, and no-shows, are non-refundable.

Missed individual sessions within a course cannot be refunded, but where possible we'll offer a make-up slot with another group at the same level.

The 25% booking deposit is non-refundable. You can reschedule free of charge up to 48 hours before your session. Cancellations or reschedules inside 48 hours forfeit the full session fee.

The 25% deposit is non-refundable. Rescheduling is free up to 14 days before the event. Cancellations between 14 and 3 days before forfeit 50% of the total fee. Inside 3 days, or on the day, the full fee is non-refundable.

If Phase Padel Academy cancels a session for any reason — coach illness, court damage, venue closure or anything else on our side — you'll be offered a full refund or a free reschedule to a date that suits you. Your choice.

Email us at info@phasepadel.co.uk from the address you booked with. Include your name, the course or session, and the original booking date. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
